First, locate your Mount Base Plate and the plastic bag labeled #1. Remove the 2 screws and t-nuts from the bag. Hold the Mount Base Plate with one hand, and use the other hand to put a screw into one of the holes at the very top of the Mount Base Plate. See the picture above. Repeat this step until both screws and t-nuts are affixed to the base plate as shown in the image above.

Next, take the horizontal beam, and locate the two (2) countersunk holes on the underside of the beam. Take the Mount Base Plate with screws and t-nuts affixed to it, and hold them together like the image above. Make sure the countersunk holes on the horizontal beam and the t-nuts that you just installed BOTH face the same direction like the image shown. Use your index finger to hold the head of the screws flush to the plate, so that the t-nuts are situated off the base of the plate.

While holding the Mount Base Plate and horizontal beam with one hand, align the t-nuts attached to the screws, to the two (2) t-slot channels on the horizontal beam and slide the t-nuts into the channels. This make take some effort and the use of a light/medium force. Once both t-nuts are inside the t-slot channels, flip this piece over to the other side and locate the 5/32" allen wrench.

Use the 5/32" allen wrench to tighten down the two (2) screws that hold the Mount Base Plate securely to the horizontal beam. DO NOT tighten all the way down yet, as you will need to adjust the horizontal placement of the Mount Base plate after you attach your device to the Mount Base plate. Turn this piece over so that you can see the two (2) countersunk holes on the underside of the horizontal beam.

Locate the two (2) Anchor Fasteners and place them into the countersunk holes like shown in the above image. Check the small nuts on the end of the Anchor Fasteners to make sure there is room for them to slide into a t-slot channel on the vertical beam.

Place the vertical beam on it's side like shown in the image above (you may have to put something underneath the toggle clamp to get it to stay laying flat. I usually use the Mount Top Plate). Take the horizontal beam in one hand, and with the other hand, hold the vertical beam in place.

Take the end of the horizontal beam with the Anchor Fasteners affixed, and slide them into the open end of the vertical beam. Make sure the Anchor Fasteners are facing the end of the vertical beam with the PLASTIC ENDCAP (You can loosen the little nuts on the anchor fasteners to make it easier to slide down the vertical beam.)

After you slide the horizontal beam to the desired position, use the 5/32 allen wrench to tighten each Anchor Fastener (DO NOT tighten the Anchor Fasteners all the way down yet. You will want to make sure you have the horizontal beam in the best ergonomical position before you tighten your Anchor Fasteners and Toggle Clamp base screws). Tighten them just enough to hold the horizontal beam in place temporarily. After you have completed this step, locate the Mount Top Plate and the plastic bag labeled #2.

Your Predator Desk/Table Mount should look like this. (the Mount Base Plate shown is for the Virpil WarBRD Flight Stick. Your device's base plate may look different.) All that is left is installation of the Mount Top Plate.

Your Mount Top Plate should extend over the Toggle Clamp. Be sure to square up the edges, and tighten down the two (2) screws with the 5/32" allen wrench.  ** It helps to insert and turn the first screw about halfway, then insert the second screw, and turn it until it is about halfway into the beam. Once you have both halfway in, take turns tightening each one a few turns until they are both snug against the Mount Top Plate **

After securing your Mount Top Plate, your Predator Desk/Table Mount will look like this. Simply take the remaining bag (which holds your mounting kit for the device selected at the time of purchase) and set it to the side.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADJUSTING THE MOUNT

Loosen the Toggle Clamp screws to where you can slide the clamp along the vertical beam. Pull the Toggle Clamp Lever ALL the way to the locked (up) position and tighten the toggle clamp foot (black rubber piece) all the way in (clockwise motion).

Next, place the mount on the desk/table where you would like it to be mounted, and slide the ENTIRE toggle clamp all the way up, which will make the toggle clamp foot touch the underside of your desk/table surface. This is where you want the toggle clamp to be. Either hold the clamp in place, or make a mark with a pen/pencil/marker. After you make your mark, or while holding the toggle clamp in place, remove the entire mount and tighten down the toggle clamp base screws with the 5/32" allen wrench provided.

Place the mount back on the desk/table surface, with the toggle clamp underneath, and turn the CLAMP FOOT counter clockwise to tighten the clamp foot to the desk. Repeat this procedure until you have a secure mount. This may take several tries. You will want to have the mount secured firmly to your desk.

After you have the toggle clamp situated, turn the mount over, adjust the horizontal beam and tighten the anchor fasteners with the allen wrench. Now, attach your mount to the desk/table, take your device mounting kit (the last plastic bag you have) and your device, and attach it to the base plate of the mount. This will require a Phillips head screwdriver.
